In this interview, I sat down with Sunil Arora. Sunil is a professional coach for individuals and companies. He focuses on leadership and personal development for founders and executives, small business owners, and individuals in a professional transition. He draws on his diverse experience in finance, sociology, technology start-ups, and the public policy space to what he is convinced is his calling; coaching.

Sunil is also on the board of Experience Camps a free one week camp for kids ages 9-16 who have lost a loved one. I first met Sunil about 5-years ago at camp when we were both volunteers. Sunil lives in New York City with his wife and two young sons and when he is not immersed in his coaching business or Experience Camps, he can be found following politics and current events, watching Bay Area sports, traveling, and taking in live theater with family and friends.

We speak candidly about his own loss, moving forward, his coaching business, the concept and practice behind becoming time wealthy, and more.
